Paul Revere Capture Ceremony
April 7, 3 p.m.
Minute Man National Historical Park
The Lincoln Minute Men march down Battle Road and narrate the story of Revere's capture at the actual site. Hear Revere, Samuel Prescott, William Dawes, Mary Hartwell and even Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. The event includes music, dramatic reading and musket fire in the park and is appropriate or all ages.

Battle at North Bridge Lecture
April 10, 7:30 p.m.
Bemis Hall
What Did the British Hope to Find in Concord on April 19th? Historian J.L. Bell will present new research on the reasons for the British expedition to Concord in 1775.

Battle Road 2012
April 14, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Minute Man National Historical Park, Hartwell Tavern, Capt. William Smith House
The minutemen fight the Regulars. The event also includes musket and cannon fire, colonial demonstrations, family activities and more. Further details are available at www.battleroad.org.

Lincoln Salute, Festival of 18th Century Fife and Drum Music
April 15, 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Pierce Park
The Lincoln Minute Men host fife and drum groups from as far away as Michigan. The event promises to be stirring and fun. Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic and lawn chairs.

Alarm and Muster
April 15, 7 p.m.
Library Lawn opposite First Parrish
An ancient Revolutionary War veteran reminisces about those fateful early hours of April 19, 1775. Capt. William Smith rides down the hill to alarm the citizens of Lincoln. Bells ring, drums roll and the Lincoln Minute Men fall in on the steps of the church to receive their marching orders to defend Concord, then march to the Pierce House for a firing demonstration.

Dawn Tribute and the March to Concord
April 16, 6:40 a.m.
Outside Bemis Hall
The Lincoln Minute Men will salute the patriots buried in the Old Meetinghouse Cemetery. Roll call is read, fifers play a lament and the muskets fire a volley. The minutemen begin their march along Sandy Pond Road toward Concord with colonial music and musket fire. All ages welcome to walk along. The Concord Parade steps off at 9 a.m.

Old Burial Ground Tribute
April 22, 2:30 p.m.
Pierce House
Walk with the Lincoln Minute Men to the Old Burial Ground on Lexington Road., along with British Regulars, clergy and distinguished guests. Honor the patriot dead and five British soldiers killed in Lincoln along the Battle Road and buried here. Ceremonies include roll call, a patriotic speech, prayers, music and musket salutes by the minutemen and the Regulars. A reception follows at Pierce House at 4 p.m., courtesy of the Lincoln Historical Society.
