4/14/2011 - HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Lt. Gen. Ted Bowlds (left), Electronic Systems Center commander, presents the Meritorious Service Medal to Chief Master Sgt. Ken Williams, Electronic Systems Center command chief, during his farewell social at the Minuteman Club April 7.
