New ESC commander takes the reins
Incoming Electronic Systems Center Commander Lt. Gen. Charles (C.R.) Davis speaks to the audience during the change of command ceremony Sept. 1 in the Aero Club Hangar, while outgoing commander Lt. Gen. Ted Bowlds looks on. General Davis moved to ESC from the Air Armament Center, where he served as commander and as the Air Force program executive officer for Weapons, at Eglin AFB, Fla. Prior to leading the Air Armament Center, General Davis was program executive officer for the F-35 Lightning II Program Office.
