7/15/2014 - WASHINGTON (AFNS) -- Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force James A. Cody released the latest installment of Roll Call, explaining to Airmen the importance of being "one Air Force" that encompasses active, Guard, Reserve and civilian Airmen.

"The dynamic may seem different," Cody said. "It may look different and in some cases feel different, but one thing that will and must never change is our ability to accomplish the mission as a team. One Air Force. One Team."

He explained changes coming to the structure of the Air Force, particularly in integrating the four components of Airmen.

"As a team we are the most efficient fighting force we have ever been," hHe said. "And we'll continue to adapt as we Shape our Future."
