HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Electronic Systems Center senior leaders recently signed a Voluntary Protection Program letter emphasizing their commitment and support to achieving environmental, safety and health excellence across the Center. Hanscom had its initial VPP assessment in May, 2006 and is working to complete the application process this month as it seeks to earn its VPP Star certification. HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. –The 66th Air Base Wing captured the 9th Wing Fitness Challenge on Oct. 23, with team members averaging 61 sit-ups, 59 push-ups in one minute and 24:33 for the 3.3 mile run. The competition also included flexibility and body composition assessments. Airman First Class Nicole Barajas, 66th Security Forces Squadron, was named team MVP.
