New ESC commander takes the reins

Generals share ideas, ESC connection
Maj. Gen. David Eichhorn (left), Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center commander, Maj. Gen. Charles Davis (center), Air Armament Center commander, and Electronic Systems Center Commander Lt. Gen. Ted Bowlds chat during a social Wednesday evening at Hanscom’s Minuteman Commons. All three, along with many other Air Force senior leaders, have been participating in the Executive Weapon System Review held at Hanscom and MIT Lincoln Laboratory this week. The three generals all have ESC connections; General Davis will take command of the center from General Bowlds Sept 1, and General Eichhorn previously served as ESC’s vice commander.
