Col. Michael A. Vogel, 66th Air Base Group commander, congratulates Timothy Martin, 66th Air Base Group, on being selected as the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Unsung Hero Award recipient during a reception at the Minuteman Commons Dec. 2, while Maryann Carlson, AFCEA Lexington-Concord Chapter president, looks on.
