Bringing history to life
HANSCOM AFB, Mass. – Col. Nick Zallas, Individual Mobilization Augmentee to the 66th Air Base Wing Commander was one of several Hanscom personnel who took part in an April 19 re-enactment event at the Hartwell Tavern in Minute Man National Historical Park. ESC Award nominees tour
HANSCOM AFB, Mass. – ESC Annual Award nominees and their guests stand in front of the Paul Revere statue in Boston, Mass. on March 18. The nominees were given the opportunity to tour many local sites including Bunker Hill and the USS Constitution in Boston, as well as the Lexington and Concord museums; taking in a play at Boston University and bowling with leadership at Hanscom Lanes. Celebrating Women's History

HANSCOM AFB, Mass. - Members of the Hanscom community honored Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at a remembrance service titled “Together We Can Live the Dream” at the Base Chapel on Jan. 15. Pictured here Tim Martin of the 66th Security Forces Squadron performs Dr. King’s “I Have a Dream” speech. Mr. Martin has performed the speech at military installations, schools and churches throughout New England, allowing present-day audiences to experience the live power of Dr. King’s famous speech.
