Protective shelters rest in place at a Raytheon facility in Marlborough, Mass. The containers house a deployable radar approach surveillance system known as D-RAPCON. D-RAPCON is currently undergoing the engineering, manufacturing and development phase of its life cycle and moving rapidly toward contractor developmental testing.
