HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Base officials are asking privatized housing tenants here to share their experiences and opinions via a Department of Defense Tenant Satisfaction Survey.

CEL & Associates, an independent third party, is administering the annual online survey, which will be sent via email to residents on or about Oct. 17.

“The information collected from the survey is taken seriously and helps shape improvements to our housing community,” said LauraLee Morris, housing resident advocate. “Data will be shared with project owners to continue improving the Hanscom housing experience for all of our residents.”

According to Morris, last year’s survey resulted in many improvements for base residents. Among them included removal of trees, repairs to sidewalks and crosswalks, improvements to the dog park, dome mirrors installed for safety.

The survey is open through Dec. 1 for all tenants who reside in Hanscom’s privatized housing regardless of branch, rank or duty status. All tenant inputs are confidential.

Only one member of each household will receive the link.

Residents are urged to check with the family housing office at Hanscom to ensure their primary email on file is an address other than .mil or .gov to avoid the email from being blocked.

Morris encourages residents to add AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com to their allowed senders to prevent blockage from anti-spam software in their email.

If residents have not received a survey by Oct. 21, they are encouraged to email AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com.
