C3BM realigns contracting execution to accelerate capability delivery

The Department of the Air Force Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management, responsible for delivering the DAF Battle Network, formally delegated key contracting authorities in alignment with the Department of War’s pivot to a warfighter-focused acquisition system.
