The 66th Comptroller Squadron Customer Service telephone line is 781-225-1210. This is a staffed telephone queue during duty hours. Depending on call volume, customers may wait in the queue until a technician is available to pick up their call.

Customer Service Inquiries

The 66th Comptroller Squadron utilizes the CAC-enabled Comptroller Services Portal (CSP) as the primary platform to assess, communicate, and resolve customer requests. CSP provides a cloud-based work-order type system leveraging 24-hour access to customers, built in communications, including the secure transmission of PII documents.

Customers without a CAC can engage the CPTS for assistance using the Customer Service line at 781-225-1210 during normal duty hours.                                       

Hours of Operation

Customer Service Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The 66th Comptroller Squadron is closed on the first Thursday of each month to perform in-house training.

Permanent change of station and newcomer in-processing briefing will take place each Monday and Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m.
