The Minuteman Library Network is a consortium of 41 libraries with 60 locations serving the communities of Metrowest Massachusetts. The members include 36 public and 5 college libraries in the Metrowest region of Massachusetts. Cards issued at one member library are valid for use at all other in-network libraries – if you got your card in Bedford, MA, it’ll also work at Cambridge, Newton, Waltham, and many more.

Join us for a giant version of the children's classic. Cupcake Commons, Lollipop Woods, Candy Castle and more will all be set up throughout the meeting room. Giant Candy Land will be set up for two days with special teen only hours on Thursday evening.

Michael Sidorov, a high school student at Acton-Boxborough, will help you to improve your game in this chess workshop. You'll also have the chance to play against other students. Grades 1-6.

Create your own disasterpiece with our bad art program! If you have a talent for making terrible art, this program is for you! 1 teen and 1 adult will win a prize for the best bad art, so bring your bad art game and make a mess to impress! This is a take and make-at-home program.

Summer is here and Summer Reading is too! Come celebrate the start of the program with our after hours Launch Party. We'll have video games, VR headsets, board games, card games, pizza and more! Attendees will receive a collectible Summer Reading charm. Suitable for rising 7th through 12th graders.

Practice your hand-sewing and embroidery skills and celebrate summer reading by stitching up your own adorable felt dragon or friend. Due to the size of this event, crafting will be largely self-guided. Registration required.

This is for all the aspiring writers out there — whether you’re just beginning to write and looking for inspiration, or already on your writing journey and in need of motivation and encouragement. The Writer's Group is open to all adult writers. This isn’t a workshop—it’s a chance to connect with others who share your love of writing.

A social book group co-hosted with the Tewksbury Public Library. This group is geared towards readers in their 20’s and 30’s. The group meets on the first Thursday of every other month. Meeting locations are offsite. Book: Everything is Tuberculosis by John Green

 Learn at your own pace to paint still life in a relaxed and welcoming environment. This class will introduce techniques in color mixing, observational painting and composition. You will come away from this class with beautiful watercolor paintings and a greater understanding and appreciation for the medium of watercolor. Registration required.
