Mission Statement:  Primary point of contact to the squadron commander/director for administrative support programs. Directly assists the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions. Administers programs and serves as the primary source of information. Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative programs. Serves as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices. Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the organization. Provides advice and guidance to staff in the organization on administrative, clerical, and procedural requirements.

Mission StatementPerforms budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analyses of annual and/or multi-year budget estimates for programs into a consolidated budget request.

Performs budget execution procedures and analysis of obligations incurred and actual expenditures compared to planned utilization of annual budget and/or allotment authority, evaluates fund availability to achieve balance of approved objectives and determines where reprogramming actions may be necessary.

Provides financial advice, interpretation, and guidance on a variety of budget-related matters, to include types of funding available, budgetary changes, status and use of funds and year-end closeout procedures to the 66 LRS director, flight chiefs, and unit staff.

Mission Statement: The purpose of the Logistics Readiness (LR) Quality Assurance (QA) program is to provide the unit civilian director and senior leadership with an assessment of the unit’s ability to perform key logistics processes by ensuring standardized, repeatable, technically compliant process execution, while promoting a culture of professional excellence and personal responsibility. The program is designed to provide a method of evaluating compliance with Air Force and MAJCOM policy and guidance.

Deliver crisis action planning expertise for U.S. Air Force, Joint and Combined Forces. Plan, control, and direct deployment operations for Hanscom AFB, geographically separated units, and assigned detachments on behalf of the installation commander. Manage all support agreements, memoranda of understanding (MOU), and memoranda of agreement (MOA) for all on and off-base customers that receive support from Hanscom agencies. Manage base support planning initiatives and requirements.
