The Sartain Gate is open 24-hours.
The Ruiz Gate is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. for both inbound and outbound traffic.
The Visitors Center is open from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The Visitors Center is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Visitor passes are available at the gate when the Visitor Center is closed. DBIDS cards are issued on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For Special Events Request including more than 9 people, contact hanscom.police.services@us.af.mil to receive instructions/template. This must be submitted at least three duty days prior to the event for processing. State driver’s license number (or any other REAL ID compliant ID) and full social security number are required for each guest for identity proofing.
The Commercial Vehicle Search Area is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and closed on weekends and federal holidays. There are no commercial vehicles or deliveries on Sundays.
