The Hanscom Researchers Toastmasters Club meets every second, fourth and fifth Wednesday from noon and 1 p.m. at the Hanscom Federal Credit Union. Meetings are open to all individuals interested in becoming better public speakers. Members do not need to work on the base. For more information or to request a pass to get on base, contact Capt. Hanscom Chapel ‘Connect’
The Hanscom community is invited to connect on base with other members of the community every Wednesday at the chapel annex. Dinner is provided and begins at 5:30 p.m. Intergenerational studies run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Connect is a mid-week ministry at the chapel where community members can build relationships and discover their fit and purpose while studying God’s word. National Federation of Federal Employees meeting
The National Federation of Federal Employees, Local 1384, represents all S&E and professional employees at Hanscom. Monthly union meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month from noon to 1 p.m. in the Burlington Room of the Hanscom Conference Center, Bldg. 1106. All bargaining unit employees are welcome. Lunch will be provided or employees can bring their own.
