ESC Commander discusses changes at Call

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. - Electronic Systems Center Commander Lt. Gen. CR Davis addresses employees packed into the Hanscom Aero Club Hangar during his Commander’s Call Nov. 3. The general discussed organizational changes and staff reductions related to Air Force service consolidation efforts and Air Force Materiel Command restructuring (see related stories). He also spoke about a vision for the work now performed by the center and laid out his commander’s intent, which included: attacking challenges, being the provider of choice for capabilities within the center’s mission areas; operating as a single enterprise; working with warfighters to produce smaller, more executable requirements; and employees caring for one another during potentially stressful times ahead.
