HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – The 66th Comptroller Squadron recently announced the Air Force Comptroller Services Portal is now live for use at Hanscom.

The new portal enables Air Force customers to submit, review and track customer service requests for military, civilian and travel pay through a secure online profile.

“The CSP is a one-stop-shop for all comptroller inquiries,” said Maj. Whitney Wade, 66 CPTS commander. “The platform is easy to navigate and only enhances our technicians’ ability to communicate with customers without them ever needing to come into the building.”

The CSP is available to Air Force members with a common access card. It does not require virtual private network access, but will require a CAC reader when using a personal computer. As an Air Force-wide platform, the CSP also allows for seamless transition between duty stations.

Members must create a user profile at https://usaf.dps.mil/teams/SAFFMCSP/portal/SitePages/Home.aspx before submitting their initial request.

Once a request is submitted, customers will receive email notifications every time a technician works their query.

“Our goal here is to provide everyone transparency and peace of mind by allowing customers to see exactly where their inquiry is in the process,” said Master Sgt. Raymond Barkley, 66 CPTS Financial Operations Flight chief

Retirees can submit finance queries through the Defense Finance Accounting Services at www.dfas.mil/customerservice/ or by calling 888-332-7411.

Leaders from the 66 CPTS hope the added transparency will also aid in determining resource assistance, as their team supports Team Hanscom as well as Guard and Reserve units throughout New England and New York.

“We receive upwards of 200 requests a week,” said Senior Master Sgt. Lateeah Morrell, 66 CPTS superintendent. “This tool will allow us to go in and see exactly what our technicians are working, so we can take steps to improve our processes overall.”
