HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Air Force officials have selected 5,430 staff sergeants for promotion to technical sergeant, including five assigned here, out of 33,935 eligible.
The average overall score for those selected was 379.04. Selectees’ average time in grade was 4.51 years and time in service was 9.44 years.
“This is an important accomplishment in the careers of these well-deserving enlisted leaders,” said Chief Master Sgt. Alan Weary, installation command chief. “I look forward to watching them grow professionally and make huge impacts within their respective units.”
