HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- Air Force officials have selected 9,706 senior airmen for promotion to staff sergeant, including 12 assigned here, out of 45,991 eligible.
The average overall score for those selected was 372.45. Selectees’ average time in grade was 2.10 years and time in service was 4.57 years.
“I’m incredibly proud of the 12 Team Hanscom-connected airmen selected for staff sergeant,” said Chief Master Sgt. Alan Weary, installation command chief. “I’m certain these young leaders will make huge impacts on our Air Force now and in the future.”
