AFLCMC Focus Week July 22-26

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- -- The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Focus Week is scheduled for July 22 through 26. The schedule will offer functional training in addition to general courses of interest to everyone.

The Workforce Development team has finalized the schedule; much of which will be offered via Defense Connect Online and video teleconference. Both functional training and general information courses of interest to everyone will be offered.

Topics by video teleconferencing will include "Integrated Test Team and Integrated Test Team Charter" and "Test and Evaluation in System Sustainment." Defense Connect Online offerings include "Root Cause Analysis," the revised "Program Manager's Toolbox," "Never Dread Another Meeting," time management, "Supervisors Orientation to the Employee Assistance Program" and more.
