AFLCMC Focus Week April 15-19

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- The next Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Focus Week is scheduled for April 15 through 19. The schedule will offer functional training in addition to general courses of interest to everyone.

The Workforce Development team is finalizing the schedule, but plans on having a variety of courses, including many offerings via Defense Connect Online and video teleconference.

Topics will include earned value management, acquisition fraud, how to effectively use the Employee Assistance Program, smart budgeting for uncertain times, program managers toolkit and basic personnel information for civilian employees.

The team expects the calendar to be finalized soon and will be sending out the registration notice in the next week.
