Tops in Blue concert cancelled Published Oct. 27, 2012 HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- The Tops in Blue concert, scheduled for Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, Mass., has been cancelled. The show was postponed by the performance team due to concerns about the impending storm and its effect on the team's ability to travel to Dover AFB, Del., on Monday. The team is scheduled to depart from Dover for an overseas tour. The Hanscom-area show will be rescheduled for a later date.
