Junior ROTC night set for May 3 Published April 11, 2012 HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- The Col. Charles E. McGee Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen Inc. will host its first annual Junior ROTC Night for Junior ROTC cadet corps within the Boston metro and north shore areas. This event will be held on Thursday, May 3 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Hanscom Conference Center. As part of TAI's mission of inspiring and motivating men and women toward endeavors in aviation and aerospace, the focus of the night will be to encourage, motivate and mentor the next generation of military leaders, according to event organizers. Commissioned and noncommissioned officers of various career fields will be speaking on their life in the military and answering questions about potential military career interests. The evening will also include speakers Col. Robert Monroe, Col. Juan Gaud and Dr. Quincy Mosby speaking on topics such as aviation, military history and leadership experiences. Regardless of each students decision to pursue a career in aviation or military, this night will be both informative and fun, TAI members suggest. Parents, school administration and those who are the primary motivators and mentors of the cadets are also invited to attend. Business casual attire is appropriate for parents and school faculty guests. Cadets are asked to wear their service dress. For more information, contact Bobby Jacques at 781-225-1333 or Capt.
