The 66th Force Support Squadron's Military Personnel Section will no longer be the office of primary responsibility for requests made from the Base Level Service Delivery Module. Starting April 16, updates to the Military Personnel Data System from BLSDM will be centralized at the Total Force Service Center-San Antonio.

The BLSDM tool provides automated processing abilities for units to submit requests using the Case Management System. It also provides commanders with on-demand personnel information and management tools.

The TFSC-SA will assume responsibilities for the Hanscom transactional work pertaining to Change of Reporting Official, DECOR-6 (decoration RIPs), Enlisted and Officer Performance Report (EPR/OPR) Shells and duty status (present for duty and hospital, not assigned, sick-in-quarters).

Unit commanders or their delegates will submit their requests through the BLSDM tool using the TFSC agency boxes as listed in each drop-down box. The destination for these requests will now be the TFSC-SA as opposed the MPS.

The Personnel Services Delivery Guide can be found at https://gum-crm.csd.disa.mil/app/answers/list/kw/18623/. Additionally, a BLSDM training video is available at https://gum-crm.csd.disa.mil/app/answers/detail/a_id/10493. The training video contains screen shots to guide personnel through the process.

Anyone with questions about this new process may contact the MPS at 781-225-1330 or 781-225-1340.
