HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. - Matt Nicoli, of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP), recently speaks to parents at the Child Development Center (CDC) about 1-2-3 Magic, an effective discipline program for children ages 2 to 12. The CDC and FAP are partnering to offer a quarterly Family Learning Series available to all military families. HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – 1st Lt. Jessica Zencey (front), Combined Federal Campaign installation manager, gives instructions to runners before the start of the CFC 10K fun run Nov. 22 at the Minuteman Commons. Participants donated $10 to race and received three tickets to use toward the CFC chili cook-off.
