Hanscom is once again gearing up for a visit from the Air Force's premier "Expeditionary Entertainers," Tops in Blue.

This year, Tops in Blue will visit more than 120 locations in the United States and 25 foreign countries.

The Hanscom community can catch all of the fun, music and top-notch, free entertainment on August 18 at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium, Lowell, Mass. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with the show beginning at 7 p.m.

This year, Tops in Blue continues its long-standing tradition of "family entertaining family," which has continued to be a "must see" for the last 55 years. Performances will include hot Latin sounds, All-American country music and hits from the top of the charts.

Those who attend will experience the music from their favorite movies and Broadway shows. Combine that with the dazzling lights, costumes and precision choreography, the show is sure to please the whole family.

"The new 2008 team is a reflection of the 'best of the best' performers throughout the Air Force," said Tom Edwards, show producer and chief of Air Force Entertainment.
