LTs collect clothes for Afghanistan
HANSCOM AFB, Mass. -- Hanscom lieutenants (from left) Holly Chernushin, 66th Comptroller Squadron, Josh Neustrom, 851st Electronic Systems Group, Karl Artis III, 66th Mission Support Squadron, and Felisa Dyrud, 66 MSS, sort and pack donated clothing items and blankets on Nov. 28. The clothes and blankets will be sent to Afghanistan and distributed to poor people living there. The lieutenants organized the clothing and blanket drive, which resulted in more than a dozen boxes of donated items, days before the Thanksgiving holiday as a means for Hanscom personnel to share their wealth with those less fortunate.
