Request Public Affairs support through new portal

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – The 66th Air Base Group Public Affairs office here has adopted a new system, the Public Affairs Productivity Portal, or P3, to process customer requests.

P3 is a Department of the Air Force-wide tool for PA teams to receive and manage customer requests, coordinate operations and plan targeted communications.

“P3 is intended to help our team track support requests by providing customers with a single webpage for all Public Affairs services, with the exception of Security & Policy Review cases,” said Russ Kelly, 66 ABG Public Affairs chief.

Customers requesting photo, video, graphics, base tours, speakers and other support from the Public Affairs office must use the platform to submit work requests.

When requesting studio photography, such as an official photo, customers will need to provide a valid military email (.mil) to request this service.

Other services that require a .mil email address are graphics requests for the base marquee.

Customers should continue to submit Security & Policy Review requests via email at 66.abg.pa.workflow@us.af.mil.
