HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- Four Team Hanscom Airmen have been selected for promotion to senior master sergeant during the Air Force’s 2026 E-8 promotion cycle.
Master Sgt. Cory Bowman from the Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management Directorate; Master Sgt. Dominic Collins, 6th Space Warning System, Cape Code Space Force Station, Massachusetts; Master Sgt. James Hodge from the 66th Medical Squadron; and Master Sgt. Stephen Gleason from the 64th Air Refueling Squadron at Pease Air National Guard Base, New Hampshire, were among those selected.
“Selection to senior master sergeant reflects years of sustained superior performance, leadership and dedication to mission success,” said Chief Master Sgt. Jason Vollmer, installation command chief. “This achievement highlights the impact they’ve had on their Airmen and the mission.”
Air Force officials selected 1,474 master sergeants for promotion to senior master sergeant out of 13,315 eligible Airmen, for a selection rate of 11.07 percent.
The full promotion list will be available on the Air Force Personnel Center website March 5 at 9 a.m.
