"Super Frenzy" coming to Minuteman Commons

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. --  The 66th Force Support Squadron will host "Super Frenzy" at the Minuteman Commons and Hanscom Lanes for the entire family to watch the big game Feb. 7.

The Tavern at the Commons will host guests 18 years and older for a 360-degree game-viewing experience on a large projection screen with a high-definition projected image, HD televisions and surround sound. Reserved tickets are required for this event.

The Commons' Den will also host 18 years and older guests for a viewing experience. Guests can watch the game on a large projection screen with an HD projected image. 66th FSS will be hosting activities for guests to participate in during commercial breaks and halftime.

A full service bar will be available in the Tavern and the Commons' Den.

A "Family Frenzy" zone in the Commons' ballroom will include HD game viewing for the entire family, carnival games and "Guard up Swordsmanship" adventures for school-aged children.

Each event at the Minuteman Commons is free for current club members and includes food. The cost for non-club members is to attend is as follows: $10 for the Tavern, $5 for the Den and "Family Frenzy" in the ballroom. Family pricing for the ballroom is maxed at $20 for the entire family. Admission includes everything but the cost of drinks.

Teens and preteens ages 11 to 17 can watch the big game at no cost at the recently remodeled Hanscom Lanes. There will be free bowling and video games, along with food and drinks.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. at all locations. Event tickets are available at any of the facilities and Tavern reservations can be made at Tickets and Tours in Building 1530.
