The next Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Focus Week will be Oct. 26 through 30.Throughout the week, courses will take place locally and through distance learning via Defense Collaboration Services.

Registration for Focus Week is through the Acquisition Now (AcqNow) Continuous Learning website. Search for course offerings by going to https://www.atrrs.army.mil/channels/acqnowcl/ and looking under "CL Events" for AFLCMC Focus Week.

This quarter's courses will once again cover a wide range of topics from general information to functional training opportunities, said organizers.

Some of the classes planned include "Acquisition Strategy Development," "Acquisition Security: Program Protection Planning," "Introduction to System Safety Engine," and ones that address cyber topics such as "Cybersecurity Test and Evaluation" and "Overlooked Vulnerabilities."

The Workforce Development Team says there is something for "just about anyone" and recommends registering early as many classes fill quickly.

"You don't want to miss an opportunity to participate in a course where a subject sparks your interest or where you can obtain valuable continuous learning points," said Robert Good, Focus Week program manager.
