Success celebrated

Maj. Sidney Squires, 66th Force Support Squadron deputy director, serves lunch to Ryan Pickering, 66th Civil Engineering Division grounds maintenance, during a base wide picnic June 4 at the base chapel to celebrate recent inspection results. Words of wisdom

Retired Lt. Gen. Tad Oelstrom, director of the National Security Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, speaks to Company Grade Officers and other invited Airmen at the Minuteman Commons as part of the CGO Council speaker series, June 4. The event was hosted by the CGOC and the Air Force Association. The general served for more than 35 years in the Air Force in myriad of command positions in 3rd Air Force and the U.S. Air Force Academy.
