The AFCEA Lexington-Concord Chapter and the AOC Patriots Roost Chapter is teaming up at this annual event to recognize outstanding cadets and midshipmen from 21 ROTC detachments from the Northeast Region, collectively awarding $1,000 scholarships to 42 deserving candidates. Additionally, AFCEA and AOC each recognize an outstanding cadet or midshipmen to receive their organizations' distinguished ROTC awards, which are accompanied by an additional $1,000 scholarship.
