HUSIR ribbon cutting
WESTFORD, Mass. -- Lt. Gen. Ellen M. Pawlikowski, Space and Missile Systems Center commander, Gen. William L. Shelton, Air Force Space Commander commander and Dr. Eric D. Evans, MIT Lincoln Laboratory director, cut the ribbon commemorating a significant upgrade to the Haystack Ultra-wideband Satellite Imaging Radar, or HUSIR, system Feb. 11.
