HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. - Technical Sgt. Richard Leger, 66th Force Support Squadron, collects donations from a drop box at the Main Base Exchange Jan. 17. Leger and other Honor Guard members are collecting gently used children's clothing to donate to Cradles to Crayons as part of a clothing drive taking place through Jan. 27. Cradles to Crayons provides children from birth through age 12 living in homeless or low-income situations with the essential items they need to thrive at home, school and at play. HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Master Sgt. Mark Caldwell, 319th Recruiting Squadron, shovels snow outside of Building 1508 after a missed snowstorm dropped a small amount of snow Jan. 22. During snow and ice events, facility managers should ensure interior floors are free of slip hazards, assist civil engineering snow removal by coordinating the movement of vehicles to improve access for snow removal in parking lots and call CE customer service at 781-225-2990 to report any problems or coordinate special requirements.
