HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- Tiffany Hagler and her two daughters, Kaylie and Madison, prepare to record a holiday greeting with the help of Kevin Mann (sitting at computer) from Operation Best Wishes for her deployed husband, Army Sgt.
