Shiely, Wright and O’Neil 2011 award winners announced

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Lt. Gen. CR Davis, Electronic Systems Center commander, and Barb Shiely applaud the winners during the 2011 Shiely, Wright and O’Neil awards banquet at the Minuteman Commons Nov. 10.
