HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Herb Grover uses props and wits to deliver a speech during the Hanscom Researchers and Toastmasters Club’s Humorous Speech Contest Sept. 14 at the Education and Training Center. The club will hold an open house at 12 noon Sept. 28 at the education center for those interested in learning more about the club and becoming a better public speaker.
