HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. - Heidi Poirier (right), a healthy eating specialist with Whole Foods Market in Bedford, makes healthy smoothies for people attending the Hanscom Health Expo at the Fitness Center on Feb. 23. The Fitness Center hosted the expo so base personnel could learn about the many services and activities offered at the Fitness Center, as well as gather healthy living information from the Health and Wellness Center and local vendors.
