Electronic Systems Center Commander Lt. Gen. Ted Bowlds cuts the ribbon officially opening Hanscom’s newest facility, Bldg. 1604. Joining him in cutting the ribbon are (left to right) Col. Charles Thompson, 66th Air Base Wing commander, Nancy Andrews, director of Contracting, Col. Douglas Murdock, Judge Advocate, Army Col.
