Contracting Director tackles questions

Nancy Andrews, Electronic Systems Center’s director of Contracting, fields a question from Hanscom Representatives Association member John Reilly during the chapter’s luncheon meeting at the Minuteman Club yesterday. Ms. Andrews spoke briefly and then addressed several key issues during a lively question-and-answer session. Among the key topics of concern: Organizational Conflict of Interest rules; government-industry discussions prior to issuance of a Request for Proposal; and efforts to reign in changing timelines for contract actions.
