ALS Graduation
HANSCOM AFB, Mass. -- Senior Airman Jacqueline Bridges, Base Chapel, is introduced on stage, along with other Airman Leadership School students, during the Nov. 30 ALS graduation ceremony held at the Minuteman Club. ALS is a five-week course and the first step of Professional Military Education for all enlisted Airmen. The course is required to be taken in residence by active-duty servicemembers prior to being promoted to the rank of staff sergeant and is a requirement for all Airmen to be a rater on Enlisted Performance Reports.
