Honoring Veterans

HANSCOM AFB, Mass. -- Cadet Francis Leon, Lowell High School student and member of Air Force Junior ROTC unit MA-771, posts the U.S. flag while Tech. Sgt. Mike Dodge, 66th Air Base Wing, renders a salute during the playing of the National Anthem. A group of military personnel from Hanscom participated in the Junior ROTC unit’s Veterans Day remembrance event Nov. 8. Lowell High School in Lowell, Mass., boosts the only Junior ROTC unit that has presented the colors during the World Series; cadets from MA-771 did so in 2004 and 2007.
