Hanscom gears up for ORI

HANSCOM AFB, Mass. -- Brig. Gen. Peter Hoene, 350th Electronic Systems Wing commander, yells through a megaphone during the Operational Readiness Inspection pep rally June 1 in the Tennis Bubble. The event was widely attended by the base populace. During the rally, Col. Tom Schluckebier, 66th Air Base Wing commander, briefed the gathering on the Wingman BOLD FACE program, which provides Airmen with a checklist of actions to take if they encounter individuals who are distressed and may be considering harming themselves.
