HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. - Staff Sgt. Michael Mandello, the 66th Security Forces Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of police services observes eastbound traffic on Barksdale Street for traffic violations Aug. 13. Sergeant Mandello radios other members 66 SFS to wave violators into a parking lot further down the road to be issued a traffic fine.
