Earth Hour
HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. –Airman First Class Latoya Walker joins Isis Shrader in playing a board game during the Earth Hour event on March 28. Hanscom’s dormitory residents invited the base community to join them and millions of people around the world in doing their part to affect climate change by turning off electricity for one hour. The event was held outside of the dormitory building where participants brought flashlights and enjoyed games and events outside as well as discussions about energy conservation.
