Hanscom celebrates Arbor Day

HANSCOM AFB, Mass. – Students from the Hanscom Middle School joined Col. Robert Boyles, 66th Mission Support Group commander and members of the 66th Mission Support Group, Civil Engineering in celebrating Arbor Day on May 2. Pictured with the middle school students are (back row from left to right) Colonel Boyles, Virginia Clor, IAP programmer, Jim Dolan, IAP engineering manager, Chris Perkins, base civil engineer and Chief Master Sergeant Michael McCoy, 66 MSG superintendent. As part of the celebrations the group planted two trees at the Hanscom Fitness and Sports Center, an American Elm which is the State of Massachusetts tree, and a Red Oak, in honor of our National tree.
