Eleven students graduate from ALS March 21

HANSCOM AFB, Mass. -- Students from Airman Leadership School participate in a Prisoner of War, Missing in Action ceremony during an ALS Graduation March 21 held at the Minuteman Club. Eleven students graduated from ALS during the ceremony. ALS is a five-week course and the first step of Professional Military Education for all enlisted Airmen. The course is required to be taken in residence by active-duty servicemembers prior to being promoted to the rank of staff sergeant and is a requirement for all Airmen to be a rater on Enlisted Performance Reports.
