Cookie delivery
HANSCOM AFB, Mass. – Staff Sgt. Terrance Root (right), 66th Security Forces Squadron, lends a helping hand to some of the 400 Girl Scouts from across Eastern Massachusetts that came to the base March 8 to deliver more than 10,000 boxes of Girl Scout cookies. The cookies were donated by the Girl Scouts to Hanscom’s Company Grade Officer Troop Care Package drive. The cookies will be sent to deployed military personnel around the world. The girls and Airmen worked side by side to unload the cookies and after, Col. Tom Schluckebier, 66th Air Base Wing commander thanked the girls for their efforts.
